Today I found a pair of my dream boots (not massively unlike these) on sale, like seriously on sale, like the cheapest they’ve ever been and the cheapest they’re ever going to be. The excitement at the price was overwhelming.
The didn’t have my size.
The devastation was overwhelming.
All I want is shoes. So very many shoes.

I can’t wait to shoot in the studio again on Friday, it’s been almost a year which is terribly sad! I love the studio, so excited to get back in there. I remember when we discovered coloured gels, that was a great time for me.
I just hope this shoot, actually this whole project, is as good as I’m hoping it’ll be. It’s got major potential but there’s also major potential for the super old fashioned management to shoot it right down too. Fingers crossed it’s the best thing they’ve ever seen!

I wish I was strong enough for roller derby. Everytime the local team has try outs I so want to go but I never man up! I should one day. I don’t even know if I could remember how to skate!

I have recently realised that I mostly just reblog on Tumblr these days. I was thinking about it and to me the whole point of Tumblr is for inspiration and to find things to inspire, fascinate and entertain me, and it works for all those things, I still like it a lot. Most people say all it is is a place for hipsters, teenagers and pictures of kittens now but I don’t follow anyone that dull (I don’t even like cats (even though I live with 2)) and my feed is almost exclusively stunning photographs and incredible quotes. I still like Tumblr, even after all these years, it’s still nice here.
